There is a common misconception in our industry that copier dealers are all identical. Nothing could be further from the truth! While it's true that many copier dealers and office equipment suppliers do sell and lease most of the same items, such as color copiers, multifunctional black and white copiers, printers and mailing solutions, it is Innovative Office System's level of service and dedication to our customers and employees that sets us apart from the others.

One common occurrence in our industry is that you lease your machine from a leasing company and pay a local dealer to service the unit. Separate invoicing costs you time and money along with the potential to have unnecessary billing issues. Look at the current contract you are in right now and if the company that sold you the machine's name is not on the lease, ask yourself why??

Let me explain: Innovative Office Systems, LLC has its own leasing company. That's right; you are paying the people that are performing the service. Some companies out there will say you are paying for your service and your machine at the same time and that maybe so, but what if the servicing company is not performing as they promised and you decide to not pay another payment until it's resolved. Not an option!! The third party leasing company (who financed the machine) is not concerned with how your day to day service is being handled…they just want their payment. The old saying "The Buck Stops Here” is true when you deal with our team.

Innovative Office Systems is dedicated to our performance after the initial sale. Remember, you are paying us and that's a big difference in a long term contract!
